Four steps, and none of them wait on me.

   Pick your tutor

   See who teaches your child's subject and grade, and choose. They stay with your child for the term, so nobody has to be caught up every week.

2. 2

   Pick your weekly hour

   See when that tutor is free and take the hour that fits your week. It becomes your standing time.

3. 3

   Move a week whenever you need

   Something comes up, you move that session yourself. More than 48 hours ahead and the hour goes straight back into your balance.

4. 4

   You read the summary

   After every session you get what was covered, how it went, what to practise and what comes next. In English and Chinese, both in the same email.
